A delicious minty, chocolate experience

Ingredients
- Rooibos
- Roasted cocoa
- Mint
Steeping Instructions
1 tsp per 8oz boiling water
Steep for 10 minutes
Longer steeping times will bring out more chocolate flavor. Shorter steeping times will have the mint shining.

About this Blend
I always love a good peppermint hot chocolate, but the sugar can be overpoweringly sweet and leave me with an upset stomach. By instead brewing actual roasted cocoa beans that where I build out with rooibos and elevate with mint, I get all the best parts of a peppermint hot chocolate without the tummy ache. Brewing roasted cocoa gives you the opportunity to really taste the chocolate with full depth of flavor without it being overpowered by sugar.
